โข Minimum number to carry out a trip is 10-12, in case a trip is called off due to low registration the members who have paid will be entitled to a 100% refund or transfer amount to the next trip.
โข The above-mentioned hotels are subject to availability during peak season.
โข Twin sharing room is only for Married Couple/ 2 Males/ 2 Females / Siblings.
โข Please ensure to follow the tour guide's instructions.
โข Members should report an hour before departure time. In case of late arrival, the tour bus will leave after 15 minutes of waiting. Company will take no responsibility and bear no extra expense in case of such an incident.
โข Members must behave ethically with his/her fellow group members, otherwise, Porter Pakistan can cancel his/her trip at any time.
โข No refunds shall be made in any case if a member leaves/exits during the trip.
โข Porter Pakistan is not responsible for personal injuries and accidents OR the loss of any kind of valuable item.
โข No refunds shall be made in case of a natural disaster or any unforeseen circumstance beyond human control such as rains, storms, land sliding, road closure, accident, flat tires, engine failure, or other vehicle malfunction, etc.
โข In case of the closure of any spot in the itinerary (other than already mentioned), the guide will determine an alternate route for the day after the group's consensus.
โข Extra expenses shall be borne by the client in case of any natural disaster or circumstances mentioned in the above point.
โข Porter Pakistan can cancel the booking at any time in case of failure to abide by these terms and conditions.

Travel tips
๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐โ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐: (For the members who booked the trip)
1. Departure details like hotel name, tour guide details, etc will be provided on the departure day i.e. Friday (after Jummah prayer). Once you get the tour guide's name/ contact number, you have to be in touch with him instead of the salesperson.
2. Every participant must keep his/her original CNIC. Also, a Photocopy of Nikah Nama or updated CNIC is mandatory for those married couples who need a separate room.
3. Travel lightly! More luggage means more time for packing and unpacking (Ideal luggage weight should be 10 KG). Also, carry a bag pack to avoid carrying luggage everywhere.
4. For Gents, keep 2-3 jeans, trouser, a few shirts and T-shirts, joggers, jacket and you're good to go.
5. For Ladies, keep 3-4 suits, a jacket, joggers and a shawl.
6. Bring your toiletries. (Toothpaste, face wash, etc.)
7. Keep a water bottle with you throughout the trip.
8. Keep a Raincoat/Umbrella.
9. Please be Punctual throughout the scheduled departures. Failure to arrive on time may result in being dropped at the designated location and the trip continuing without you.
10. Make sure you travel like a family and make all its members safe and connected to each other while respecting the locals.
11. Hunza Regionโs watercolor is dark but itโs 100% safe & healthy. Basically, the water contained certain silicate minerals originating from the surrounding glacial mountains and the people drink the glacial water containing all those minerals. So, the Hunza region is safe and meets all health standards.
