Terms and Conditions

• The amount you’re being charged is the minimum payment required for reservation for the service(s).

• The remaining amount shall be paid at the facility in cash or by card (if available) directly to the service provider.

• The payment is safely processed from your credit card to our bank account through a 3rd party payment processor.

• You will not hold Porter Pakistan responsible or accountable for any (authorized, unauthorized or wrong) charge by the facilitator.

• In case of an unauthorized use of your credit card by unknown personnel on our platform, we will refund the amount to you through an IBFT transfer, however a small amount (deductible for 3rd party payment processor) may be deducted.

• If you’re getting late to arrive at the facility, make sure to communicate this to us or to the service provider, to avoid a cancellation due to no-show.

• The cancellation and refund policy varies for different service providers. Their individual policy may apply on deductions done on cancellations

• The service provider may cancel your reservation at any given time. The platform will communicate that to you and this may impact their performance score on our platform. However, the platform cannot be held responsible for a cancellation done by a service provider.

• If you wish to cancel, adjust or review the reservation, please revert to us through email, contact number or WhatsApp.

• Upon payment, you will receive a confirmation email from us with a booking reference as well as an email for confirmation of payment.
