Terms and Conditions

  1. The amount you’re being charged is the minimum payment required for reservation for the service(s).
  2. The remaining amount shall be paid at the facility in cash or by card (if available) directly to the service provider.
  3. The payment is safely processed from your credit card to our bank account through a 3rd party payment processor.
  4. You will not hold Porter Pakistan responsible or accountable for any (authorized, unauthorized or wrong) charge by the facilitator.
  5. In case of an unauthorized use of your credit care by unknown personnel on our platform, we will refund the amount to you through an IBFT transfer, however a small amount (deductible for 3rd party payment processor) may be deducted.
  6. If you’re getting late to arrive at the facility, make sure to communicate this to us or to the service provider, to avoid a cancellation due to no-show.
  7. You will be refunded 90% of the reservation amount in case of a cancellation before 24 hours of your expected arrival at the facility.
  8. No refund of the reservation amount shall be given if the cancellation is done within 24 hours of your expected arrival time.
  9. If you wish to cancel, adjust or review the reservation, please revert to us through email, contact number or WhatsApp.
  10. Upon payment, you will receive a confirmation email from us with a booking reference as well as an email for confirmation of payment.
